The process usually goes something like this ...

Contact us to organise a free no obligation structural Damp and/or Timber report and estimate via e-mail or telephone.

Following our surveyor's inspection of the property a report is prepared within 48 hours.

Should works that are within the scope of the Company be required, we provide a plan indicating areas affected by rising or lateral damp and estimates for damp treatment and replastering. We also provide an estimate if any timber treatment such as woodworm or timber rot treatment is necessary. Should no works be required this would be confirmed in a written report.

To instruct any work please call us. Our office will be pleased to advise a mutually convenient date and discuss any queries.

Once a date is confirmed you will receive an order form/contract for your signature and an invoice for a 30% deposit.

Your deposit by cheque or bank transfer and the signed order form we supply must be received prior to commencement of works.

The balance payment is required upon completion of the work and appropriate guarantees are then issued.
